Recently I've begun this thing where I'm actually careful about what I eat. After 17 years of eating whatever looks eatable...I decided I need limits. I wanna live a long happy life with children and grandkids!! LOL jk. I would die of frustration if I ever had kids. So ya, I've decided to eat healthy and blah blah so I don't get diabetes or some other thing and die at like 19.

I will be very honest...it has not been easy. Especially when my mom comes home with donuts. I just stare at them and run upstairs trying to clear my mind and forget about how each bite would bring me closer to heaven. So now, whenever I get cravings, Honey Nut Cheerios come to my rescue. Literally. My stomach is empty and it's talking to me and stuff, I'm controlling myself and staying away from that freaking cabinet with all of God's gifts to mankind. That's when I remember, Honey Nut Cheerios. Something I can enjoy without feeling any guilt. Plus there's hearts on the box with stuff about helping with cholesterol. Though everyone knows the stuff on the box is BS...it works. It really gets rid of any guilt and I can feed my lonely stomach.

So I wanted to dedicate this blog post to cereal and the power that they have. Do not underestimate it. You can have cereal for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. And if you're going through a IhavetoeathealthyandIneedfreakingboundaries phase, cereal will become you're best friend. You will find yourself staring at the box as you eat and potentially talking to it...

All hail cereal
